3.1 Training with the Harbour Department's work boat in Songkhla lake during 26-28 April 1995. The equipment used in the training included boom, skimmer and fastank. The dispersant sprayer was also installed in a small patrol boat. The outcome of the training was satisfactory.
3.2 Joint exercise with the Oil Industry Environmental Safety Group, Southern subcommittee, during 9-11 August 1995 at the oil terminal of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand in Songkhla. Also participated in the exercise were the Navy and the private sector. The exercise was satisfactory.
3.3 Exercise in accordance with the National Oil Spill Contingency Plan during 3-5 September 1995 in Chonburi. About 20 agencies from both the public and the private sectors participated in the training. Equipment was mobilized from various parts of the country including the equipment under the OSPAR project which was taken from Songkhla by the military's helicopter CH47 "Chinook".
4 The data in the information network system was updated particularly regarding the inventories of oil spill response equipment of various agencies.
